By accessing and using WeatherYear ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
WeatherYear provides long-term weather simulations and forecasts based on historical climate data and real-time meteorological models. The Service is provided for informational and planning purposes only.
3. Accuracy of Data
While we strive for accuracy, weather forecasting is inherently uncertain. Simulations for dates more than 16 days in the future are based on historical analogs and do not guarantee actual future conditions. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on this data.
4. Use of Cookies
The Service uses cookies for analytics and advertising (Google AdSense). By using the Service, you consent to the use of these technologies.
5. Limitation of Liability
WeatherYear shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.
